Jeff Culver

I have 30 years of experience building custom homes as a 2^nd generation journeyman carpenter. I have built several custom homes and much of my experience comes from working with amazing builders. My experience is with building homes from the ground up: design to dirt work to finish work.

Whether you're currently collaborating with an architect or just beginning to envision your dream home, I possess the necessary training, background, and expertise to transform your vision into reality.

I'm not a 'spec builder'. Spec builders can build serveral homes every year because they subcontract out the majority of the building project. I'm a custom home design-builder that is involved in all aspects of the project. I build one home at a time. 

Having been fortunate to have worked and built on the island in the late 1990's, I have taken this experience and put it into my own tool bag and made it my own. From the time I started as a young journeyman carpenter, I had in mind to learn all the trades in building custom homes. Building from the ground up has always been my STAMP as a builder.

I build every home as if it were my own, because it is. We keep every project as simple as possible because it is. Because it is simple and fun, we love what we do. We build our homes to last because they should, without question.
